2018 Football and Cheer Registration

After completing this online registration, you are still required to submit the following documents to WCJFL to fulfill registration requirements:

ORIGINAL Birth Certificate for ALL Players/Cheer (NO COPIES)
(2) Proofs of Residency (i.e., utility bill, driver’s license, junk mail showing physical address) (for ALL Players/Cheer)
Most recent report card (for ALL Players/Cheer)

If a Player/Cheerleader reside in the same household, the Player fee takes precedence, with the exception of Flag, cheer will take precedence.
