History

The Washington County Junior Football League, Inc. was created in 1966 for the youth of Washington County and is organized exclusively for charity and complying with the provisions of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code as amended, as a tax exempt entity.

The purpose of this league is to provide a democratic means for administering a junior football program at the 1st to 8th grade level, the building of character, citizenship, and a spirit of cooperation and sportsmanship among its teams and players, both on and off the field and to provide the youth an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the game of football.

In addition, we have Cheer squads for ages 3 yrs up to 8th grade and a Flag Division for K-2 grades to incorporate all youth into the enjoyment of the sport!
