Online Registration Disclaimer:
- EVERY PLAYER/CHEER MUST have a physical evalution completed annually, each year! Form must be completed for this season by July 26, 2024, and turned into your Head Coach/Cheer Advisor (on first night of practice) prior to participation. Players/Cheer will NOT be allowed to practice without a completed physical!
- Birth Certificates, originals only-no copies, will need to be presented to Player Agent before students are eligible to play or cheer. Dates will be provided to do so.
- Team rosters are based on high school districts. You will not be able to select the team for which your child plays or cheers.
Prefer to go to register offline at one of our registration events? If completing online registration, please do not print the forms below. As long as you have read, acknowledged and digitally signed your name at the end of online registration, it is complete.
